How to use them.

On console, enter the button sequence quickly during gameplay (not paused).
On PC, press the tilde key (~) to open the console, type the code and press Enter.
On any platform, dial the number on the in game phone.
Cheats only work in Story Mode, not GTA Online, and they disable trophies and achievements for that session.
