The Voodoo is a lowrider in GTA San Andreas. IGN lists it among the eight lowriders in the game, alongside the Savanna, Blade, Slamvan, Tahoma, Tornado, Broadway and Remington.
Where to find it
IGN’s guides do not give the Voodoo a fixed spawn. For the Lowrider Challenge, IGN suggests looking around the challenge area near Unity Station in Los Santos, where lowriders turn up quickly. It also warns that not every lowrider spawns with hydraulics.
Tuning at Loco Low Co
Loco Low Co in Willowfield, Los Santos, is the mod shop for lowriders, and IGN says it only accepts those eight cars. It opens after the mission Cesar Vialpando. There you can change the body and paint, and fit hydraulics, nitrous and a bass boost.
The Lowrider Challenge
Lowriders get their own minigame. You first try it in the mission Cesar Vialpando, where IGN’s walkthrough has you take a lowrider into the mod garage and then bounce it in time with the music. Afterwards the Lowrider Challenge stays open at the same spot: talk to the mechanic outside Unity Station, and bring a lowrider such as the Voodoo with you.
The challenge is a rhythm game where you match direction prompts to the beat. IGN says it is not needed for 100 percent, but it is a quick way to earn money. You can bet up to $1,000, though IGN warns that higher bets bring faster prompts. If the crowd has gone, it may be too late at night or the weather may be bad, so try again later.
Racing it
The first mission for Cesar, High Stakes, Low Rider, is a race that you can only enter in a lowrider, and IGN’s walkthrough lists the Voodoo as one of the cars that qualify. IGN’s tip is to visit a mod shop first and fit nitro, which makes the race much easier.

The Savanna is another Loco Low Co lowrider, and one IGN describes in detail.
