Franklin sneaks into a Rockford Hills mansion to take a car for Simeon, and the job does not go to plan.

Complications is Franklin’s third job for Simeon. He has to slip into a house in the hills and drive a car out of the garage. It is also the mission where you first take control of Michael.
Walkthrough
- Drive to Michael’s house. You can get in by climbing the front gate or the fence by the tennis courts.
- The gardener works at the front of the house. Sneak up behind him and knock him out if you want the stealth objective.
- Climb onto the pickup truck, up to the roof and in through the open window.
- Switch to stealth mode and creep downstairs. The garage door is under the stairwell on your left. Keep out of sight of the people in the kitchen.
- Get into the car in the garage and drive back toward the dealership. Partway there, you get a surprise passenger. Follow his instructions.
- At the dealership, control moves to Michael. Fight Simeon with punches, kicks and dodges until he is down.
Gold medal tips
- The five minute limit is tight, so drive directly to the house and do not linger inside.
- In the fight, attack quickly but dodge and counter so you take no hits. Michael’s ability slows time if you need it.
- The gardener must be knocked out with a stealth attack, not a normal punch.
Rewards and unlocks
GamesRadar notes that after Complications, Lamar texts Franklin about Monkey Mosaics appearing around town. IGN lists these mosaics as a collectible exclusive to the newer generation versions of the game.
