In Nervous Ron, Trevor and his associate Ron go after goods held by the Lost at an airfield. The mission mixes long range sniping, a shootout and some low flying.
Walkthrough
- Stop at Ammu-Nation for a sniper rifle with an advanced scope and a suppressor.
- Meet Ron by the water tower and climb to the top.
- Cover Ron as he moves in. Pick off the guards, including the ones near the radio tower, and shoot out the two lights when he asks.
- While Ron plants the bomb, a biker comes toward him. Shoot him quickly.
- A helicopter arrives next. Aim for the pilot to bring it down.
- Climb down and fight your way to the hangar, then climb onto the plane.
- From the wing, shoot every Lost member shown as a red dot. Expect two vans and a biker behind you.
- Take off, raise the landing gear and shake off the biker clinging to the wing.
- Follow Ron’s route, drop the package into the yellow smoke, then fly back and land at the airfield.
Gold medal tips
- Headshots are easiest during the sniping section, before anyone knows you are there.
- On the wing, watch the radar and clear every red dot before you take off.
- There are six bridges along the route to the drop and back. Fly under each one as you reach it.
Rewards and unlocks
GamesRadar notes that finishing Nervous Ron unlocks the Dodo seaplane as a random event, found in a sea cove east of the wind farm. You need a boat or other sea vehicle to reach it.
