Los Desperados
Cesar's hood is under attack. Bring a Grove Street crew to Unity Station and help clear the Vagos street by street.

Los Desperados is the second to last story mission. Cesar needs help taking his neighborhood back from the Vagos, and CJ brings backup.
Walkthrough
- After leaving Sweet’s house, recruit a few Grove Street members.
- Get a car, wait for Cesar and the crew to climb in and drive to Unity Station.
- Vagos hold the apartment blocks. Use the buildings as cover and pick them off from range while your crew helps.
- Step into the red marker in the alleyway.
- Use the car ahead as cover and shoot the Vagos coming down the alley, then clear the shed on your right.
- More Vagos climb over the walls. Shelter in the shed and hold them off.
- At the end, four Vagos wait outside a house. One on the roof has a rocket launcher and another a flamethrower. Kill the rocket man first, then the rest, to trigger the final cutscene.
Tips
- GameSpot stresses going in with full health, plenty of ammo and body armor.
- GameSpot notes that the rocket launcher on the roof struggles to hit you if you hold still once you have spotted him.
Rewards and unlocks
You earn Respect. GameSpot notes that Sweet then sends CJ to take over more territory, and that police patrols are heavier and cars burn more easily for the rest of the game. IGN says 20 claimed territories unlock the final mission.
