Steal a car from Madd Dogg's manager's driver, join the convoy without a scratch, then drive the manager off the Santa Maria pier.

Management Issues is the third mission from OG Loc. The target is the manager of Madd Dogg, and the plan is to take the place of one of his drivers.
Walkthrough
- Get a car and hurry to the Burger Shot across town. There is no route on the radar, so set a waypoint on the map.
- Arrive early and you can take the car before the driver returns. Otherwise, ram it until he gets out.
- If the car is damaged, take it to a Pay ‘n’ Spray to fix it.
- Drive to the meeting point with the other drivers without damaging the car. Park in the red marker, facing the same way as the other cars.
- Drive on, staying between the two other cars. The manager gets in during the next cutscene.
- Head for the pier at Santa Maria Beach. The guards in the other car give chase.
- Build up speed along the pier and bail out just before the car flies off the end.
Tips
- GameSpot notes you must reach the drivers by 22:00 game time in a car with no damage at all. Avoid every car, pedestrian and lamp post on the way.
- GameSpot reckons the drive takes about an hour of game time, so you may only get two tries. If you will miss the deadline, reload and start again.
- The convoy section is short. GameSpot puts it at around 30 seconds.
