Robbing Uncle Sam is the fourth mission from Ryder. The pair break into a National Guard compound at Ocean Docks to steal crates of weapons. Kotaku put it on its list of the worst missions in the classic trilogy, mostly because of the fiddly forklift.
Walkthrough
- Get in the van with Ryder and drive to the compound at Ocean Docks.
- Hop over the wall, take out the guard by the gate switch, then shoot the switch to open the gate.
- Ryder drives in. Head for the warehouse shown as a red square and shoot the switch on its wall.
- Shoot the two guards inside from the doorway rather than running in.
- Use the forklift to carry the four crates in the warehouse to the van.
- Load the two extra crates outside, to the right of the warehouse.
- Drive to the lockup in Willowfield. Two cars chase you on the way.
Tips
- Ryder keeps watch while you load, and his health bar shows in the top right. GameSpot suggests jumping off the forklift after each crate to shoot any soldiers, which keeps him above half health.
- More soldiers keep coming out of the nearby buildings, according to GameSpot.
- On the drive back, Ryder can throw crates from the back of the van to slow the chasing cars.
