Supply Lines
CJ flies a fragile RC plane with limited fuel around San Fierro to take out five couriers. Often named one of the hardest missions in the game.

Supply Lines is the second mission from Zero. Kotaku calls it the mission fans hate most and says Rockstar changed it in later versions: fuel was only used on the throttle, and the 360 and mobile ports got a bigger tank. Like all of Zero’s missions, it is optional.
Walkthrough
- After the cutscene, take control of an RC plane armed with machine guns.
- Five targets are marked as red blips on the radar. Fly to the nearest one.
- Land behind the target, line up and fire until it is destroyed.
- Repeat for the other four.
- Fly back to the yellow blip on Zero’s roof. Keep enough height to reach the roof and land.
Tips
- IGN’s advice is to save fuel by letting go of the throttle and gliding between targets.
- Shooting from the ground is the easiest method. GameSpot adds that you can turn on the spot while landed to line up.
- On a first attempt, GameSpot suggests ignoring the targets and just learning how the plane handles.
- The courier on a motorbike shoots back and can down the plane quickly, so line him up before you fire.
- If you keep running dry, try another route. GameSpot often starts with the van south of the start point.
