Tommy and Rico ambush a Haitian deal from the water off Starfish Island, then Tommy grabs the drug cases and escapes with a high wanted level.

Naval Engagement is the third mission for Umberto Robina. The Haitians are doing a drug deal on Starfish Island, and Umberto sends Tommy with Rico to break it up. The fight starts on the water and ends with a dash back to Little Havana.
Walkthrough
- Drive to the marker to meet Rico and board his boat.
- Rico brings you alongside the Haitian boats. Shoot everyone on board. GameSpot notes they do not react until the first shot, so make it count.
- You are put ashore at a mansion. Take cover behind the wall and shoot the gunmen on the building, including one on the roof.
- Collect the drug briefcases from around the grounds. GameSpot puts one by the boat docks and one round the back.
- Escape with the cases. You now have a high wanted level, four stars according to GameSpot.
- Drive back to Cafe Robina in Little Havana to finish.
Tips
- IGN recommends a strong automatic weapon and body armour, or a rocket launcher if you want the boat fight to be easy.
- A sniper rifle helps with the gunmen on the mansion.
- GameSpot suggests bringing the parked car up the stairs close to the second case so you can drive off the moment you grab it.
- IGN says the Pay ‘n’ Spray in Little Haiti is close by if the police are too much, though the cafe is near enough to just run for it.
Rewards and unlocks
You earn $4,000. Umberto’s last job, Trojan Voodoo, stays locked until you finish all of Auntie Poulet’s missions for the Haitians.
