Rockstar describes One-Eyed Willie’s as a long established mod shop in Lake Leonida specialising in off road modifications and hand painted automotive artistry. It is one of five special destinations in the GTA 6 Ultimate Edition and is only open for business with that edition.
What Rockstar has shown
The editions page has three screenshots tied to the shop. Rockstar’s captions describe:

- a close up of the front of a lime coloured off road vehicle
- two men working on a green off road vehicle with its hood up inside an auto shop
Rockstar has not listed the parts, paint options or prices on offer.
Is off road tuning locked?
GamesRadar pointed out that Rockstar’s material does not say whether vehicle customization as a whole depends on the Ultimate Edition shops, or whether they only add exclusive options. In the same piece, GamesRadar judged most Ultimate Edition items to be cosmetic, but named the vehicle shops with exclusive mods as one of the hints of more substantial extras.
Rockstar says Ultimate Edition items unlock across Jason and Lucia’s story, chapter by chapter, so the shop’s opening point is not yet known.

The other mod shop in the edition is Rideout Customs, which focuses on interiors, rims and donk styling. The edition also includes the ‘67 Vapid Dominator Buggy, which Rockstar pitches as a Mud Club off roader for the backwoods of Mount Kalaga. Rockstar has not linked the buggy to this shop, though the two share an off road theme.
