Little Seoul is a Los Santos neighborhood in GTA 5 that IGN likens to Los Angeles' Koreatown, with an Epsilon tract by its old church.

Little Seoul is one of the neighborhoods of Los Santos. IGN’s guide says it is most likely modeled after Koreatown in Los Angeles. Because the outlet only offers that as a probable link, we have not set it as a confirmed inspiration.
What’s there
The neighborhood matters for one side story. GamesRadar+ lists the fifth Epsilon Program tract at the base of an old church in the north of Little Seoul. The tracts are the collectible pages you gather for the Epsilon storyline, and this one sits at street level, so no aircraft is needed.
Story missions
We have not found a reliable source that ties a story mission specifically to Little Seoul, so none is listed here.
