The Kortz Center is a complex of buildings set around a courtyard on top of the Pacific Bluffs in Los Santos, according to GamesRadar+ and IGN.
What’s there
The site has a courtyard with balconies and stairways, and one building is called the Bell Building. Behind the first building is a hedge maze, which is worth a visit for collectors. GamesRadar+ places one of the Letter Scraps inside it: go down the stairs at the rear of the first building, enter the maze, then turn left, right, right, left, left and left again to find the scrap on the ground.
Story missions
The Wrap Up is set here. IGN’s walkthrough has you take the stairway at the back of the courtyard, next to the Bell Building entrance, to meet Dave on a balcony. The mission turns into a firefight across the courtyard with Merryweather mercenaries, followed by an escape by car with a helicopter in pursuit. It ends at the pawn shop in Morningwood.
