Distribution is the only mission for the Cherry Popper Ice Cream factory in Little Havana. The ice cream business is a front, and the vans sell more than ice cream. It is a long mission that rewards patience more than speed.
Walkthrough
- Buy the factory at the house icon.
- Get into the Mr. Whoopee van and watch the short cutscene.
- Drive around the city and pull over by the curb. If buyers are nearby, they come to the van. If not, a message tells you to try elsewhere.
- Keep going until you have made 50 sales.
Tips
- Stay in the van. IGN and GameSpot both say leaving it fails the mission, as does getting busted.
- IGN says your wanted level rises by one star for every five sales. GameSpot suggests driving until a single star fades and visiting a Pay ‘n’ Spray at two.
- GameSpot notes gangs will try to stop you, so avoid their areas.
- GameSpot mentions you can switch on the van’s music while you look for customers.
Rewards and unlocks
GameSpot says the cash from the sales themselves varies. Once the mission is done, IGN says the factory earns up to $3,000 a day, and owning it is also a step toward unlocking the street races.
