The Mr. Whoopee is the ice cream van of GTA Vice City. Buy the Cherry Popper factory and drive it in Distribution to sell 50 batches around town.

The Mr. Whoopee is the ice cream van in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. In the story it is a cover: the Cherry Popper Ice Cream company is a front for drug dealing, and the van is how the product gets around town.
Where to find it
The van belongs to the Cherry Popper factory in Little Havana. IGN says Tommy can buy the company for $20,000 after Shakedown, and that owning it means you can use the Mr. Whoopee whenever you like.
Distribution
Get in the van after buying the factory to start Distribution, the factory’s asset mission.
- Drive around Vice City and stop at the curb now and then. If there are buyers nearby, they come to the van. If not, a message tells you to try somewhere else.
- Sell 50 batches in total.
- Your wanted level goes up one star for every five deals, so keep moving and use a Pay ‘n’ Spray if the police pile on.
- Don’t leave the van or get busted, or the mission fails.
Once it is done the factory pays up to $3,000 a day, according to IGN’s current guide. IGN’s older businesses page gives $2,000.
Sunshine Autos
The Mr. Whoopee is also on import list 4 at Sunshine Autos. IGN suggests buying the factory and finishing Distribution first, since that makes the van easy to get. IGN’s street race guide also points out that owning the factory is a step toward unlocking the street races, because you need the van for that last list. Finishing list 4 puts a Hotring Racer in the showroom.
