The Comet is a sports car in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. IGN’s 2002 review names it in the game’s long list of cars, and IGN’s guide places it on the Sports Cars import list at Sunshine Autos.
Where to find it
For the import list, IGN describes the Comet as a white car found at Leaf Links, the golf club. IGN’s secrets page also mentions a Comet parked close to the golf course fence, so the area is the first place to look.
Sunshine Autos
After Tommy buys Sunshine Autos, a poster at the garage lists the cars it wants. The Comet is on list 3 with the Cheetah, Infernus, Banshee, Phoenix and Stinger. Once you drive a car into the garage the door shuts and the car is gone, so deliver a spare rather than a favorite. IGN says the garage earns $6,500 a day after list 3 is complete, and a Sandking appears in the showroom.
Street races
Finishing all four import lists also opens the street races at Sunshine Autos. You pick your own car for each race, and IGN advises taking one of the fastest, naming the Infernus and the Cheetah.
Top speed
We don’t list a top speed because we haven’t found a measured or official figure from an allowed source.
