The Deluxo is a car in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City that you don’t need to hunt down on the street. It is the first of the four bonus cars at Sunshine Autos, handed over in the showroom once you clear the first import list. IGN names it in the car lists of both its 2002 review and its wiki.

How to get it

  1. Finish Shakedown. IGN says Sunshine Autos in Little Havana can then be bought for $50,000.
  2. Go to the garage and read the wanted poster. List 1 asks for six everyday cars and SUVs: a Landstalker, Esperanto, Idaho, Stallion, Rancher and Blista Compact.
  3. Deliver each one into the garage. The door closes behind you and the car is gone.
  4. When the sixth car is in, the garage starts to pay out ($1,500 a day according to IGN) and a Deluxo appears on the bottom floor of the showroom. GameSpot’s guide also lists the Deluxo as the list 1 bonus.

IGN’s tips for list 1: the Landstalker is the one car on the list with a fixed spot, at the Downtown dirt track, while the rest drive around set areas such as Little Havana, Little Haiti, Vice Point, Ocean Beach and Washington Beach.

What comes next

Each later list adds another showroom car: the Sabre Turbo after list 2, the Sandking after list 3 and the Hotring Racer after list 4. Finishing all four also opens the Sunshine Autos street races.

Top speed

We don’t list a top speed because we haven’t found a measured or official figure from an allowed source.
