Ocean Beach is a Vice City neighbourhood of pastel art deco hotels and bright white sand, and home to the Shore Court garage from the Vintage Vice City Pack.

Rockstar describes Ocean Beach as a place of pastel art deco hotels and bright white sands. It is the first neighbourhood named in Rockstar’s overview of Vice City, and Rockstar’s preorder text calls it “world-famous”.
The Vintage Vice City Pack
Ocean Beach is the base for the preorder bonus Vintage Vice City Pack. The pack’s store listing says:
- The ‘55 Vapid Stanier, a classic two tone sedan, is made for cruising Shore Drive.
- You store it in the Shore Court garage, a short walk from the sand of Ocean Beach.
- The garage has a weapon locker and a secure spot to deposit stolen goods to be fenced.
- Jason gets a vintage pastel linen suit and Lucia a red sequin mini dress, with matching hairstyles.
- Most guns get a tropical pattern inspired by Tommy Vercetti’s palm tree shirt, a nod to the 2002 game.
The pack comes with digital purchases made by the end of launch day, November 19, 2026, and its items unlock as the story moves on. See our editions guide for the full list.
The Ocean View Hotel
One of Rockstar’s images for the pack shows Jason and Lucia standing outside the Ocean View Hotel with handguns, the Stanier parked behind them. Kotaku also picked out the hotel’s neon in an official Rockstar screenshot from October 2026 showing a rainy night street. Rockstar has not said exactly where in Vice City the hotel stands.
The real world
Kotaku’s Alyssa Mercante linked the first trailer’s panning shots of art deco buildings to Miami’s South Beach. Rockstar has not made that comparison, and the trailer shots were not labelled as Ocean Beach.
What we don’t know yet
- How far Ocean Beach stretches and what else stands there besides the hotels and the garage.
- Whether the Ocean View Hotel is a safehouse or just scenery.
- Whether players without the preorder pack can buy a garage here.
