The ‘55 Vapid Stanier is the classic sedan in the Vintage Vice City Pack, the GTA 6 preorder bonus. It comes with its own garage near Ocean Beach and works with either edition.

What Rockstar has shown

  • Rockstar calls it a “timeless two-tone” sedan and suggests cruising Shore Drive in it.
  • The Shore Court garage has a weapon locker and a secure place to drop stolen goods for the fence.
  • One screenshot shows Jason and Lucia with handguns outside the Ocean View Hotel, the Stanier parked behind them.
  • Other shots show the pair inside it at night, the car at sunset, and weapons with a bag of cash on the back seat.
  • Close-ups show the front fender and the taillights. More shots are in our gallery.

How to get it

  1. Pre-order or buy GTA 6, digital or boxed, before 20 November 2026. The Standard Edition ($79.99) and the Ultimate Edition ($99.99) both qualify.
  2. The Rockstar Store also adds the pack to orders placed before November 20, marked “while supplies last”.
  3. The pack is added to your game with the Stanier and the Shore Court garage. Rockstar has not said exactly when in the story they unlock.

  • GamesRadar reports that GTA Online sells a police version called the Stanier LE Cruiser, through the Warstock Cache & Carry website.
  • GamesRadar also spotted a modern Vapid Stanier and a Stanier LE police cruiser in GTA 6’s first trailer.

Can you get the ‘55 Stanier after launch?

Rockstar ties the Vintage Vice City Pack to pre-orders and purchases made before 20 November 2026. It has not announced any other way to get this car.

Is the ‘55 Stanier in the Ultimate Edition?

Yes, as long as you buy before the deadline. The Xbox listing bundles the pack with the Ultimate Edition as a preorder bonus, but it is not one of the Ultimate exclusives.

What real car is the ‘55 Stanier based on?

Rockstar has not said. PC Gamer describes it as GTA’s version of the 1955 Ford Crown Victoria.

How fast is the ‘55 Stanier?
