Loose Ends is the final payphone job from Mr. Black. It opens once The Shootist is done. The phone is in Little Havana, and the targets are a group meeting in secret on the roof of the Cherry Popper Ice Cream factory.
Walkthrough
- Answer the payphone in Little Havana.
- Head to the back entrance of the factory that Mr. Black describes. It is guarded.
- Pick off the guards outside from a distance with a sniper rifle.
- Once inside the grounds, switch to a faster weapon and work your way up toward the roof. Watch the shadows and rooftops for hidden gunmen.
- Kill everyone at the meeting on the roof and grab the goods.
- Get into the nearby Maverick and fly to the helipad at Escobar International.
Tips
- Arrive with full health and armor. GameSpot calls a sniper rifle almost essential.
- GameSpot mentions an exploding barrel that can take out several enemies at once, and a body armor pickup in the southeast corner of the lot.
- IGN notes you can skip most of the ground fight by flying a helicopter onto the factory roof or a roof nearby.
- GameSpot warns of a shotgunner hiding near the two big ice cream scoops on the roof.
Rewards and unlocks
You earn $16,000, and the assassination jobs are complete.
