The Driver is the third Malibu Club mission. The crew needs a getaway driver, and Hilary King is the man for it. Like the others, he wants Tommy to prove himself first, this time in a street race.
Walkthrough
- Start the mission and get into the car you are given.
- Race Hilary through the checkpoints. You start with a wanted level, so expect police on the route.
- Get past Hilary and stay ahead until the finish line.
Tips
- IGN says Hilary drives aggressively and may try to push you off the road early, but he takes corners badly and is usually easy to pass after the first few checkpoints.
- GameSpot notes your car has weaker acceleration but a higher top speed, so clean driving pays off more than risky moves.
- Watch for police cars. IGN warns they ram you and can make you lose the lead.
- GameSpot suggests staying close behind Hilary into corners, where you can spin him out, and points to the first right turn as a good spot.
