Rockstar’s heading for Ambrosia is Keeping Leonida Sweet, which fits a town built around a sugar refinery. The line under it says the battle for the health and wealth of Leonida begins here.

What Rockstar says

Rockstar places Ambrosia in the heart of Leonida, a part of the state where American industry and old school values still rule, whatever the cost. Two forces run daily life:

The Allied Crystal sugar refinery provides the jobs.
The local biker gang provides almost everything else.

Rockstar has not named the gang or said who runs it. None of the main characters revealed so far is tied to Ambrosia in Rockstar’s profiles.

What the official screenshots show

Rockstar released five Ambrosia stills on its Only in Leonida page. Going by Rockstar’s own image descriptions, they show:

the Ambrosia skyline at night, with smoke stacks in the distance
a motorcycle gang in matching leather vests riding down a road
a field of crops burning at sunset
a woman hugging a man from behind, holding a handgun across his chest
a man sitting behind the wheel while a group of women wash his car

Rolling Stone, which calls the area Ambrosia County, sums it up as an industrial region with pipe stacks. That matches the factory skyline in Rockstar’s images.

What we don’t know yet

Whether Ambrosia is modelled on a specific real Florida town. Rockstar has not said, and we have not found a major outlet that makes a firm comparison.
The name of the biker gang and how it fits into Jason and Lucia’s story.
Whether the refinery is a mission location or a place you can explore freely.
