Declasse Tulip

The Declasse Tulip is a returning model from earlier GTA games, and GamesRadar and IGN have picked it out in An Extended Look, Trailer 2 and Trailer 1. Rockstar hasn’t named it on its own pages yet, so we mark it as spotted until the game confirms it. GamesRadar lists it separately from the Declasse Tulip M-100.
