Cargobob
The Cargobob is a big military helicopter in GTA 5. Trevor steals one from Fort Zancudo in the mission Cargobob, and it can be taken from the base.

The Cargobob is a large military helicopter. In Grand Theft Auto V it is the aircraft behind one of Trevor’s boldest jobs.
Where to find it in Story Mode
- In the story. If you pick the offshore approach to The Merryweather Heist, an extra mission called Cargobob appears. Trevor has to break into Fort Zancudo and fly a Cargobob out. IGN suggests going in through the gate on the north side for quicker access, driving straight at the helicopter, then jumping in and flying away. A helicopter chases you and fires missiles, so IGN advises flying straight and fast towards the ocean until you lose it, then returning to the airfield.
- In free roam. IGN’s aircraft guide lists Fort Zancudo as the place to steal one.
Fort Zancudo is the military base on the outskirts of Blaine County. PC Gamer warns that getting close brings a four star wanted level, with soldiers, anti aircraft fire and heat seeking missiles waiting for you.
Gold medal goal
The mission’s gold medal goal is to finish within 5:30. IGN notes that on a first playthrough the timer only starts once Trevor breaks into the base, but on a replay it runs from the start.
