Misappropriation
Tenpenny needs a dossier held by federal agents at Aldea Malvada. Take it by sniper and jetpack, or chase the agent by helicopter.
Key facts
- Mission
- 89
- Given by
- Tenpenny
- Characters
- CJ, Tenpenny
- Chapter
- Las Venturas
Tenpenny and C.R.A.S.H. call CJ to a house outside Las Venturas. DEA and FBI agents at Aldea Malvada hold a dossier that could end their careers, and they want it taken.
Walkthrough
- Bring armor and a Sniper Rifle.
- Head for Aldea Malvada. The agent carrying the dossier has a red arrow over his head.
- He escapes in a helicopter. Take the other helicopter, marked with a blue blip, and follow him.
- The chase passes over Area 69. Fly around the base rather than across it. Flying low over it brings a five star wanted level, and getting close to the edge sets off the SAM sites.
- The agent lands on a helipad on top of a building. Land, shoot him and pick up the dossier. The mission ends as soon as you have it.
Jetpack route. If you have finished Green Goo, IGN suggests taking the jetpack from Verdant Meadows instead. Land on the rock behind the agents’ helicopter, take the jetpack off to switch to the Sniper Rifle, shoot the agent with the dossier, then put the jetpack back on and grab the file before anyone else does. This skips the chase entirely.
Tips
- On the jetpack route, move fast. Your shot alerts the other agents, and any of them can pick up the dossier and run. Fly off as soon as you have it.
- GameSpot advises working around to the north side of town for a clean shot at the agent before dealing with the rest.
