Sir, Yes Sir! is the fourth mission for Colonel Cortez and opens once Phnom Penh ‘86 is done. The Colonel needs some military muscle, and an army convoy is moving through the city with a Rhino tank in it. Tommy’s job is to take it.
Walkthrough
- Visit Cortez at the C on the radar. A fast car is a good idea, since the convoy is already on the move.
- Cross the southern bridge and head toward the marker to find the convoy.
- Get the tank crew out. You can park in the tank’s path so the convoy stops and the driver gets out, or follow the convoy until it stops at a shop and the tank is left open.
- Jump into the tank. This sets off a self destruct timer shown at the top of the screen.
- Drive straight to the Colonel’s garage marker, park inside and get out to finish.
Tips
- Do not stop to fight. The timer keeps running, and the tank can push through traffic and police.
- GameSpot notes that taking on the army directly also works, but it is the hard way.
- Your wanted level does not matter much here; the garage ends the mission.
Rewards and unlocks
You earn $2,000. IGN notes that Kent Paul calls with an urgent message before Cortez’s last job, which leads to Death Row. IGN titles its page “Sir, Yes, Sir!” with an extra comma.
Next: Death Row.
