Chumash is a coastal community on the Great Ocean Highway, outside the city of Los Santos. It is close to the military base at Fort Zancudo: PC Gamer places the base just south of the North Chumash beach.

Story missions
By the Book sends Michael to two locations. According to IGN’s walkthrough, he drives first to Rockford Hills, then to a waypoint in Chumash for the second part of his task, before the mission wraps up at Los Santos International Airport.
