Analysis The smoothest launch day is the one where everything is done the week before:

2. Free up space first: how to free up space on PS5 and Xbox.
3. Set up your console (rest mode, HDR, controller): launch day setup.
4. Check the servers if a download or a Rockstar Games account sign-in stalls: server status.

Common questions

Can I play GTA 6 before November 19?

Not announced No early access has been announced. Preloading only downloads the game; it unlocks on launch day.

Is there a disc in the box?

Confirmed No. Rockstar’s store page says boxed copies contain a download code only, so you need an internet connection to install the game either way.
