Key facts
The Duke 556 is an assault rifle seen in An Extended Look. GamesRadar lists it as one of the new weapons identified from that video.
During the closing shootout at the party, Jason takes a Duke 556 from one of the fallen attackers and keeps fighting with it. GamesRadar notes that the same scene gives a first proper look at the slow motion aiming, which marks knees, elbows and hands in yellow and the head and chest in red.
Duke Arms Company is a gun maker from Rockstar’s games. Before An Extended Look, GamesRadar and PC Gamer had already spotted the company’s logo on carbines in official material, including one Jason aims in a screenshot and one Raul Bautista uses in a video on Rockstar’s site. Their model names were not visible, and Rockstar has not said whether any of them is the Duke 556.
Rockstar has not said where to buy the Duke 556, what it costs or its magazine size. Stats get added once the game is out on November 19, 2026.
