Jizzy B is a pimp who runs a club called the Pleasure Domes, near the Gant Bridge in San Fierro. He is also part of the Syndicate, the drug ring that CJ sets out to take apart in the city, which is why CJ gets close to him.
Who he is
Woozie gives CJ the dirt on the Syndicate’s members, and he singles out Jizzy. In the mission “Jizzy”, CJ visits the club and offers his services to get on Jizzy’s good side. Jizzy tests him with a run of errands in his pimpmobile around the city, from a hit in Hashbury to stopping a limo and an SUV that drive off with one of his workers.
Role in the story
With Jizzy’s trust earned, CJ is drawn deeper into the Syndicate. In “T-Bone Mendez”, Jizzy takes a call about one of their vans being ambushed and brings CJ along to chase down the robbers. In “Mike Toreno”, Jizzy and T-Bone Mendez are talking at the club when Mike Toreno calls about an attack on their operation. In “Outrider” Jizzy phones CJ to help cause more trouble in the city.
Voice actor
The game’s manual credits Charlie Murphy as Jizzy B. GameSpot’s review, which notes Murphy was best known for Chappelle’s Show, says he does well in the role. GamesRadar’s 2004 preview and IGN’s cast list name him too.
Spoiler
In “Ice Cold Killa”, CJ needs a phone number from Jizzy’s cell. He sneaks into the club through a skylight, and when Jizzy flees, CJ chases his car in a stretch limo and guns him down, then takes the phone. Cesar calls straight after to arrange the move against the rest of the Syndicate at Pier 69.
