Grove 4 Life is about territory. Sweet wants Idlewood back from the Ballas, which means two gang wars in a row.
Walkthrough
- Pick up armor at Madd Dogg’s mansion or Ammu-Nation first.
- After the cutscene, take a vehicle with Sweet to the first marked area in Idlewood.
- Set up in the alleyway between the houses, then shoot three Ballas to start the war.
- Survive three waves. The Ballas come from both ends of the street, so use the brick wall as cover and keep an eye on Sweet’s health.
- Drive with Sweet to a second Idlewood area held by the Ballas. Their turf shows purple on the minimap.
- Start another war and survive three more waves. A driveway with fences and buildings around it makes a good spot.
- Drive Sweet back to Grove Street to finish.
Tips
- Health and armor drop now and then during each war. GameSpot suggests checking around after the first takeover for pickups.
- GameSpot also suggests bringing a few Grove Street members along.
- IGN advises claiming extra territory now. It gets harder once the next mission starts, and you need 20 territories to unlock the final mission.
