The Nagasaki Carbon RS is a sports bike in the Motorcycles class. Like the Hotknife, it was a bonus for buying one of the premium editions of Grand Theft Auto V, which makes it a fairly rare sight. IGN calls it a very rare bike.
How to get it in Story Mode
Rockstar’s 2013 announcement says the Special Edition stocks your single player garage with two vehicles: the Vapid Hotknife hot rod and the Carbon RS. The Collector’s Edition included all of the Special Edition content as well. IGN’s page describes it as a Collector’s Edition item, but Rockstar’s own announcement places it in the Special Edition, so either edition should include it.
Moving to newer versions
Rockstar said in 2014 that players who bought the Special Edition or Collector’s Edition on PS3 or Xbox 360 would have those items unlocked automatically when they moved to the PS4, Xbox One or PC version.

The other garage bonus is the Vapid Hotknife. Franklin’s own bike is the much heavier Western Bagger.
