The Hotknife is the gold medal prize of the San Fierro Driving School in GTA San Andreas. It parks outside the school once you earn it.

The Hotknife is one of the rarest cars in GTA San Andreas. IGN lists only one place to get it: the car park of the Driving School in San Fierro, and only after you have earned it.
How to unlock it
The Driving School sits in Doherty, close to the garage there in San Fierro. Your first visit comes during the story mission Back to School, where you have to pass every test. After that you can return to improve your scores. IGN lists three reward cars, each based on your medals across all tests:
So the Hotknife asks for a perfect score in every lesson. IGN notes that this one comes with a custom license plate, which sets it apart from the other two rewards.
Where it spawns
Once unlocked, the Hotknife appears in the car park to the right of the school entrance, alongside any other school rewards you have earned. If you lose it, come back to the school for another.
Tips for the gold
IGN’s Driving School guide has advice for the harder tests. For the donut test, hold brake and reverse together and steer to one side, then let go after one full loop. For the test where you swerve between two cars, it suggests braking and turning right the moment you hear the gear change. Expect many attempts on the tricky ones.
