The Flash is a small compact car. IGN’s vehicle guide calls it a little firecracker, with serious speed and easy manoeuvring, though it jokes that style is not its strong point.
Where to find it
IGN says the Flash is common in all three cities, San Fierro, Las Venturas and Los Santos.
Tuning at Wheel Arch Angels
The Flash is one of six cars that IGN says Wheel Arch Angels will accept. This street racer shop is in Ocean Flats, San Fierro, and opens once you finish the optional mission Zeroing In. The six are:
IGN lists what the shop can do: three paint jobs, body parts, hydraulics, a stereo upgrade, nitrous, tyres and hubcaps. Like every mod shop, it shows on the map as a red wrench icon.
