The Sultan is a four door car with street racing looks. IGN’s vehicle guide sums it up as a luxury town car crossed with a street racer, and IGN’s mod shop guide counts it among the game’s six street racing cars.
Where to find it
IGN lists the Sultan as common in San Fierro and Las Venturas. In Los Santos it points to Santa Maria Beach and Richman.
Tuning at Wheel Arch Angels
San Andreas has three kinds of mod garage, and IGN explains that the street racer shop, Wheel Arch Angels in Ocean Flats, San Fierro, only accepts six cars:
Wheel Arch Angels opens after the optional mission Zeroing In. There you can choose from three paint jobs and change the body kit, and fit hydraulics, a stereo upgrade, nitrous, tyres and hubcaps.
