Vice Point is the northern district of the east island of Vice City, above Washington Beach. It is the nightlife and shopping end of the beach side, and GamesRadar+ counts 20 hidden packages here, more than in any other area.

- El Swanko Casa, a safehouse IGN calls a lovely buy at $8,000: it has a pool, a garage and sits near the police station. GameSpot adds an assault rifle on the roof.

GamesRadar+ spreads the 20 packages across hotel rooftops and pools, the Malibu Club parking lot, the back of Mercedes’ house, the beach RC track and four spots in and around North Point Mall. IGN’s older rampage list adds rampages at the docks under the Leaf Links bridge, on the mall’s upper floor and at the pool of the Standing Vice Point Hotel, just south of the Malibu.
Story missions
- Shakedown: GameSpot’s walkthrough has Tommy racing to the mall here to smash all the breakable glass inside within five minutes. Finishing it opens up the businesses for sale.
- The Chase: GamesRadar+ mentions the rooftops opposite Mercedes Cortez’s house as part of this mission.
- Treacherous Swine: a hidden package on a hotel roof here can be grabbed during this mission, says GamesRadar+.
