Rockstar’s tagline for Boobie: it’s all about heart, the Jack of Hearts.

Who he is

Boobie is a local Vice City legend, and Rockstar says he acts like it. He is one of the few people to turn his time on the streets into a legitimate empire, which now covers real estate, a strip club and a recording studio. His official profile adds that he is all smiles until it is time to talk business.

One of his lines on Rockstar’s site shows how the money moves: “The club money pay for the studio, and the drug money pay for it all.”

Only Raw Records

Boobie can come across as someone out for himself, but Rockstar says the venture he cares about most is Only Raw Records, his label with the young, aspiring music mogul Dre’Quan Priest. The label has signed the rap duo Real Dimez. What the partners still need, in Rockstar’s words, is a hit.

In An Extended Look

Boobie’s name comes up in the first minutes of An Extended Look (August 2026). Jason and Lucia head into an apartment block to make a pickup for him, as GamesRadar, TechRadar and Kotaku all reported. GamesRadar’s live coverage says the deal is interrupted by a police task force raid, and Jason still has Boobie’s goods when the pair escape.
